Sound healing

Sound healing is thought to improve integration in the cerebellum, an area near the brain stem which controls many automatic functions and overall sensory and motor balance ; with this kind of therapy I utilize singing bowls that will help to transmute your mental, emotional, and spiritual blockages ; after having a conversation and knowing your body better , I will see and determine which are the most beneficial hertz frequency for you and we will move forward to guide you and assist you in your journey .

Stones and meridian points

I will use some of Shiatsu technic that I learned during my trip in Asia ; is a technique originated in Japan – “shiatsu” it translates to “finger pressure.” With shiatsu I apply pressure to points on the body thought to be connected to pathways called ‘meridians.’ By stimulating these points, I will help you to find balance and promote the flow of vital energy we also call it CHI. During this therapy I will use my fingers, to apply pressure to specific points of the body in a continuous sequence; once your ChI is activated I will work with stones depends of your birth chart.

Aromatherapy Session

If you’re going for total bliss, aromatherapy might be the best way to go ; the benefit of essential oils to promote relaxation and healing is very high and we work with the hand of your breathing Here are some of the best oils

  • For anxiety: vetiver, neroli, clary sage, and geranium

  • For mental focus: peppermint and rosemary

  • For sleep and relaxation: lavender, chamomile, and rose

  • For sore muscles: vetiver, peppermint, helichrysum, and pine

  • For energy: eucalyptus, peppermint, rosemary, cypress, and cardamom

I will work EFT (emotionally focused therapy ) where I need to see in an individual way the party involve to foster a deeper connection and understanding between partners. The process begins with individual sessions, ensuring confidentiality and respect for each person's perspective and emotions , in this way having some privacy and respecting the version and the feelings of each of you before we start the healing and the therapy . After this we will have different type of activities to help you guys overcome any difficulties in the relationship and with your inner self . Once both parties feel heard, we'll engage in tailored activities to:
